This six-week group is designed for couples who are having difficulty coping with pregnancy loss. It offers a supportive place to share the emotional pain of miscarriage. While the primary focus of this group is peer support we do teach:
- coping skills
- self-care
- how to better understand the grieving process
Consider joining this healing and dynamic group if you are having trouble dealing with your loss. The sessions are divided up so that some of the sessions are for the couple to attend together and others where the men and women break into separate groups.
